This report lists all of the patients entered into patientNOW during a specific date range, with some basic financial and referral information.

Initial Data Set

any patient where the

  • patient is not deleted
  • appointment is not deleted, canceled or rescheduled
  • invoice is not deleted
  • payment is not deleted or refunded

Filters (Select before Generate)

  • Date Range. date patient was entered in patientNOW - Patients | Registration/Billing, Patient Information Tab - Created field
  • Facility- Patients | Registration/Billing, Patient Information Tab - Main Facility field

Report Fields

  • Patient Name - Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab - Last field, First Field
  • Gender - Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab - Gender field
  • Age - Patients | Registration / Billing, Patient Information Tab - Age field
